Real Estate transparency. I'm irritated. I'm annoyed. I'm spittin' like football coach Bill Cowher. Well, it's not quite that bad but I am on a Rant in Today's New World Of Real Estate. Transparency is not just a nice little trend....but a darn fine idea for the real estate industry and business as a whole. Problem is too many real estate companies are still living in 1978. They don't know it yet but they're about to become real estate road kill....and it's going to happen sooner rather than later. Here's why:
