Here's a novel idea........
Two very bright guys named Brian Boero and Mark Davison at 1000wattblog.com, have created a video from research they've done about the real estate climate or more specifically the real estate client. While I'm not in 100% agreement with every sentiment (I happen to think it helps that customers know I'm a real person), there is a real education to be had in this video.
