Selling Homes & School Calendars...

Once upon a time home selling and seasonality had a connection.  People bought homes because they wanted to be moved in by the time school started. With some schools moving towards year round calendars, what's that really mean to real estate sales? With people readily moving across school boundaries and calendars not all being in concert, it means that trying to plan for that logic is now more difficult than ever. Do people still move when their kids are out of school? Most certainly yes...but when they are out of school is changing and so should the mind set of home owners who want to attract families who are using this type of strategy. What buyers are you trying to attract to your home for sale and what are you doing to accomplish that?
